The Claremont Colleges
正规365体育投注Scripps is a member of The Claremont Colleges, five contiguous undergraduate colleges (four of which are coeducational) and two graduate institutions, which together occupy one square mile. Students can choose to take their classes at Scripps or they can choose to register for classes at any of the other undergraduate colleges (Pomona, Claremont McKenna, Pitzer, and Harvey Mudd). The Claremont Colleges, which form the finest assembly of small, liberal arts colleges in the United States, also offer a generous array of academic, social, and co-curricular activities, and Scripps women take full advantage of them. For example, the W.M. Keck Science Department, the largest department in Claremont, is the jointly-operated science program for Pitzer, Claremont McKenna, and Scripps – Scripps will serve as the lead institution for the Department for the next five years. Scripps women also benefit from the presence of the two graduate institutions within the Claremont Consortium: Claremont Graduate University and the Keck Graduate Institute of Applied Life Sciences.
